Coaching

~ COACHING / NATURE WITHIN ~

Space to hear yourself
more clearly.

Coaching is a place to slow things down, make sense of what feels stuck, and explore what you want to do next — without being told what the answer should be.

Outdoor coaching in nature
01

No pressure to arrive with everything figured out.

~ 01 / IS COACHING FOR ME? ~

You might not need a solution.
You might need space.

01

Something feels stuck

You know something needs attention, but you are not yet sure what needs to change or where to begin.

02

You are at a crossroads

A decision, transition or possibility is asking more of you than a simple pros-and-cons list can provide.

03

You feel stretched

Life looks busy on the outside and increasingly difficult to hear yourself within.

04

A pattern keeps returning

The same frustration, hesitation or question seems to appear again — and you are ready to look at it differently.

Coaching conversation

~ 02 / IN A SESSION ~

We start with what is
alive for you now.

You do not need to prepare a polished story. Bring what feels useful, confusing, unfinished or important that day.

01

We slow it down

We create enough space to hear what is actually going on beneath the rush of everyday thinking.

02

We notice

I listen to your words, pauses, energy and patterns, and reflect back what I am observing.

03

We explore

Questions open up different perspectives rather than pushing you towards a predetermined answer.

04

You choose what comes next

A session may end with a practical next step, a new question, or simply a clearer understanding of yourself.

~ 03 / HOW I COACH ~

Calm attention.
Honest conversation.

My role is not to hand you the answer. It is to listen closely, notice what may be easy to miss, and create enough space for you to explore what feels true for you.

01

Calm observation

I pay attention to your words, pauses, energy and the moments when something suddenly becomes lighter, clearer or more alive.

02

Authenticity

No rigid coaching persona or rehearsed script. I want our conversations to feel human, present and real.

03

Safe structure

A non-judgemental space, clear boundaries and respect for our agreed time — so you can explore without needing to get it right.

~ 04 / NATURE AS PART OF THE CONVERSATION ~

Sometimes it is easier to think
when you are moving.

Nature often finds its way into my coaching. Sometimes that simply means walking side by side rather than sitting opposite one another. At other times, something in the landscape can become a useful way of expressing what is difficult to put into words.

“If you picked something in nature to represent how you feel right now, what might it be?”

~ 05 / CHOOSE YOUR SETTING ~

The conversation matters more
than the room it happens in.

01 Online

Focused, familiar and easy to fit around your day.

Meet from wherever you feel comfortable. Online coaching gives us a private, focused space without adding travel to an already full day.

  • via Microsoft Teams
  • 45-minute sessions
  • UK timezones
02 Walking

Less formal, more movement, a different perspective.

Walking can make some conversations feel easier. Movement gives thinking somewhere to go, while the natural setting offers space away from the usual environment.

  • Kew Gardens, London
  • 60-minute session
  • garden entry included

~ 06 / QUESTIONS ~

Before we
begin.

Do I need to know exactly what I want to work on?

No. Knowing that something feels unclear, stuck or worth exploring is enough of a place to begin.

How many sessions will I need?

That depends on what you want from coaching. Some people find one focused conversation useful; others value the continuity of working together over several sessions.

What happens in the first conversation?

It is a chance for us to meet, talk about what is bringing you to coaching and see whether working together feels like a good fit.

Is coaching the same as therapy?

Coaching and therapy are different forms of support. Coaching is generally focused on reflection, choices, possibilities and movement forward rather than treatment of mental-health conditions.

Where does walking coaching take place?

Walking sessions take place at Kew Gardens in London. The garden entrance fee is included in the session price.

You do not need to know
what the answer is.

If something feels worth exploring, we can start there.
